Your primary reflexes form the base for your physical, emotional and cognitive development. Experience primary reflexes with your own body and discover what influence a lack of integration or inhibition of their natural development may have on your body posture, movement or reactions to every day life, with respect to learning and relationships.
The primary reflexes provide us with our first movement experiences, steer our birth and secure our survival during our first months after birth. After nine months in the mother’s womb we move through nine months until we can crawl and another eighteen to twenty four months until the human baby is fully equipped with everything it needs for life.
Use this workshop to work on your posture, your movement patterns and to support the development of your children!
