The IKL is the owner of the website Developmental-Kinesiology.com. It is aware of the relevance of data privacy to all users of our website. Providing this is of great relevance to the IKL. We hence want to make you aware, when and if then which data is saved for what purposes.  In the following we inform you in detail about our privacy and data protection regulation.

Nature of collected data

The IKL gathers collective data, i.e. data on the number of visitors to the website www.developmental-kineisology.com. With every visit we store the name of the file, the date and time as well as the amount of data transferred together with a notification on whether the website could be opened successfully. This data provide us with information on the general interest and preferences of those visiting our website. The data is impersonalised, it serves general statistical purposes. We cannot link users identities with the sites they visited.
However,  we do save data that are submitted by your browser, in particular your IP-Address and the version of your browser softwear. These data are exclusively used for system administrative purposes and to secure the correct display of our webpage.

When you want to contact us via our contact page, we require you to complete in the E-mail mask with your name, your address, your E-mail as well as communication info. This data is saved. Kindly note that not all sections on contact data are mandatory. You can hence mostly decide, which of the data you want to provide. The mandatory information (Name, Address, Message) is necessary for us to be able to provide the service you are asking for by sending this E-mail.

Ration of data storage and erasing
Personal related data is stored for a maximum of 2 years or until the service that was asked for has been completed. At any time you may ask to have your data erased or corrected. We will attend to such wishes immediately. Kindly contact the IKL via the contact data provided in the imprint in case you wish to have your data deleted.

The IKL does not use cookies.

Sharing with third parties
The IKL does not share the data it collected with third parties, they are not sold, rented out or exchanged. In the case of us having to subcontract another entity in order to fulfil the service you claim and that entity requires your data in order to fulfil the service we provide the necessary data to that entity. In this case we require our partner to treat the data confidential along the legal guidelines of data confidentiality and to delete the data as soon as they are no longer needed. Note that we do not have control over sub-contracted entities and their adherence to legislated guidelines. Therefore we can not be held accountable.

When you visit a link on this website that contains a social-plugin a direct connection is created with the Server of Facebook, Google+ and Twitter. The image of the Plug-In that is generated as well as the functions behind it are transferred directly to your web browser, which incorporates it into the Website of the IKL.

In so far as you are signed into the platforms Facebook, Google+ or Twitter at that point in time with your user name and your password the information that you are currently on our website is transferred to your user account of those social media platforms and is associated with your personal user account.
